32 days. I think I've pretty much been on a flatline since I stopped pmo 32 days ago and I'm starting to get a little scared that it won't go away.

0/90........... I'm stuck! I did really well, (2x) my old personal best, and then I relapsed. I wasn't too pissed because of that relapse, due to having reached new heights, but now, I'm stuck. I've been relapsing for the past few weeks almost every other day. PLEASE PLEASE PLLLEEEAASSE PM me advice on how to get my motivation back, and to get out of this state...

I am in. I used to make 60 days. I think I can make 90. my previous 60 days were based on no sex at all. I now allow no PMO but sex once a month. I believe this will bring me past the 90 days.
Looking forward to join the journey with you.
