right behind you Harry, let´s go!! one day at a time
awesome bro, keep it up!!!
crying is a normal emotional response. nothing wrong with that bro, and it sure brings relief. it´s normal to cry in the reboot, especially in the hard withdrawal days. but hang in there bro, better days will come. hang in there, we´re with you.
yep, now comes the hard part. hang in there bro. stay busy with hobbies, program your day and throw some life goals to do during the day. i found that working on life goals really brings a sense of fullfilment to the day, and that is key to channel dopamine in the right way. also motivate yourself several times per day, and please don´t be home alone with gadgets. in these weeks be highly suspicious everytime you feel relaxed by antecipating time alone. the compulsion is all there bro, lurking, just waiting to show it´s teeth.
Day 4! Haven’t had urges too crazy
Taking extra protein can't hurt, it's good for the regeneration of your muscles. Can't imagine that vitamins would be bad. Taken with working out will only be beneficial to your sex drive
Here we go 3/90
Day 1 done
Wonderful advice and just what I need. Never thought of how to channel dopamine. I am retired and my wife has 6 more years of work before she is retired so being home alone all day is the norm for me. I get out for walks, workouts and motorbike rides though but that only absorbs a few hours. I need to get my woodworking hobby in gear next. That should help.
