  1. It depends on your goals. If your badge says no PMO then it's a relapse if you orgasm but if you are just avoiding porn, then having another human massage you is not a relapse even if it has a happy ending. My caution though is going to massage parlors, hiring prostitutes, etc is also addictive behavior which won't help your brain recover to normal neural pathways. As you wish ....

    Day 14: Going strong. Low stress has made it easier of late. I am feeling pretty good about the fight right now. It is pretty early on so not too many urges so that is a plus. Onwards and upwards and restored.

    Day 9!!! Feeling urges but handling them so far and feeling pretty good about it! Got my Testosterone checked yesterday - so far everything is true - I have a 30%+ rise in both Free (0.291 to 0.384 nmol/l) and Total Testosterone (gone from 15.8 to 21 nmol/l) and I have been checking my testosterone regularly for the past year - this rise just happened now since the start of NoFap - I know it's probably temporary but I will keep you updated! I can actually feel the difference in the gym as well - broke all my weight records in a single workout...:))) Hopefully it stays higher than what it has been before. After a few more tests and longer nofap I may do a post with my testosterone findings :))) We can do it guys!!!

    Day 7 No desserts
    Day 6 No caffeine
    - wow, over 2 weeks, that's good for me as that has been the wall for the past 3 or 4 attempts
    - now to remain in this holding formation for the next 10 weeks, I can do it!!!
