Day 8. I have lot things to do to school, but suprisly challange is not in danger so far. Feeling glad to be in second week yet good luck everyone!

- my son brought me a caffeinated coffee this morning so lovingly I had to drink it
- some urges hit me last night while watching a movie but I am holding on to my 2 week streak
- need to get to the gym today to burn off this sexual tension

It depends on your goals. If your badge says no PMO then it's a relapse if you orgasm but if you are just avoiding porn, then having another human massage you is not a relapse even if it has a happy ending. My caution though is going to massage parlors, hiring prostitutes, etc is also addictive behavior which won't help your brain recover to normal neural pathways. As you wish ....

Day 14: Going strong. Low stress has made it easier of late. I am feeling pretty good about the fight right now. It is pretty early on so not too many urges so that is a plus. Onwards and upwards and restored.
