After a short trip, I am again here. I think it is more than 70 days that I did not see any porn and did not masturbate which I am proud of. That was a very good step for me and I will continue it. The problem that I'm facing in this stage is that after 10 or 14 days I need to have sex but I don't want, because: - it really makes me tired - for some unknown reason I want to have sex 2 or 3 times but in 2 days - I get brain fog and loose/forget my goals and daily routine or my daily routine become invaluable - I become softer which is not good and I don't want to be Do you guys have similar problems like those or did you experience them. Hope you made it through the day/night my man. Instead of hoping to simply find a distraction, why not tThink of something that you'd rather do than relapse...and then go do that? Hang out with a friend, find a 'safe' place to sleep. Tomorrow will be a lot better.
