  5. 3/90- Yesterday, I decided to get radical and start inculcating winning habits for the rest of April.

    Waking up at 5:30 am: 2/25
    Morning Routine (Meditation, Gratitude, Affirmations): 2/25
    No using my phone in bed: 1/25
    Read at least 4 books in April: Book 1 of 4-Stop Doing That Shit
    Web Development learning for at least 100hrs: 3 hrs 17 mins
    Cold Shower: 2/25
    News Fast:0/24
    YouTube Fast: 0/24
    Complete Recovery Nation Workshop: Lesson 39 of 73

    I absolutely recommend - Principles by Ray Dalio as a book. If you want a quick walktrough and decide on the book you can check some of his life principles in a great series of 8 mini videos.
    I am reading the book at the moment but will watch these 1 per day too :)

  13. 4/90- YouTube is a major problem for me, a big source of distraction. I really need to curb my usage. On the other hand, keeping away from the news has done a lot of good for my mental state.

    April Challenge (From April 5th onwards)

    Same, i heard there's a distraction free youtube where it will not show any recommended videos or really anything else other then the video you wanted to watch... but i haven't been able to figure out how to get it on my phone. If anyone else knows anything about this id be greatful for info!
