Day 1 I absolutely recommend - Principles by Ray Dalio as a book. If you want a quick walktrough and decide on the book you can check some of his life principles in a great series of 8 mini videos. I am reading the book at the moment but will watch these 1 per day too 5 July 2022!

Same, i heard there's a distraction free youtube where it will not show any recommended videos or really anything else other then the video you wanted to watch... but i haven't been able to figure out how to get it on my phone. If anyone else knows anything about this id be greatful for info!
