I've started my thinking again. Future plotting and present actions will concur accordingly.

 

6/90- My brain fog is most certainly clearing and my emotions have stabilized. I feel much better today

 

Day 1. Been a long time since I posted on this forum, but after a couple of relapses I need it again. I will set an intention and a reason for it every day to reinforce myself not to PMO.

I will not PMO today because I want to find a girlfriend.
