A Weird Problem... Please Help.

I would guess it could effect you speaking especially if you have a lot of shame about your addiction to porn. Keep in mind you are here because you want to be better and hopefully it will lift some of that shame.

 

I say it would, from excessive porn watch you get brain fog and that can make it hard to speak or to find the words you're looking for, even make conversations awkward.

 

Yeah it could be so. Made me think about it. I have same problem I guess.

 

What do you mean you have issues with speaking? Like actually generating speech becomes difficult? Or is more that you've become more of a, "quiet person."

Yes, PMO does hinder speaking capability. I am a stammerer. I stutter when I feel social anxiety. In normal circumstances, I am good. The root problem is social anxiety. Which comes from PMO. The feeling that you can't control your abnormal behavior destroys ones self esteem which adds to anxiety. This fueled my stammering. Now, when i have much control over my behavior I have definitely seen improvement in my conversational skills.
