Ok Hangin... I am also back to say one... And mostly I failed because I did not use my own tools nor use the support here that is available to me...
It is amazing here it's like some kind of magic if I just come here daily, all the fantasies and crap in my mind go down like to 10% of what they usually are...
The full hundred percent I can on him don't but I can mostly handle 10% I just have to come here every day no matter what even for a short few minutes...
I think everyone and any of you reading this I could use your prayers you can call me "Tomas" I'm changing my job and it's more difficult now...

The effort is worth it. Look always at the bright side: you have decreased use to a minimum you've never seen before, and now you're here trying a new approach to reach your goal.

I'm confident you will break all your records this time; because you know how to get to Carneggie Hall: practice.

Keep on the good the work!

I recently changed my job and moved to a new town too and I know that it could be a really stressful time, in fact, it still is for me because I'm picking the pace of a task that is totally new for me.

My advice is that you put extra focus in your job for now, even during your spare time. I know that feeling of anxiety of not being sure about how to do something you have to solve at work next day; or the ruminating thought that you did something wrong or you forgot to do something during your working time. That feeling of anxiety could push you to your destructive habits, so the best thing you can do until your new job become something normal and mundane to you is to act directly on the source of that anxiety.

I'm doing stuff like carrying a notebook with me all the time during my working hours to take notes about any complex thing that someone explains to me, so I can review it later at home. Everyday before going to bed I think about all the tasks I did and write my personal feedback in my journal: what I did right, what I did wrong, what I can amend to do it better next time, any ideas for doing it easier, a little plan to approach whatever I have to solve imminently... to sum up, anything that can help you be better prepared next day. It isn't much, but you'll see that this kind of activity is going to help you feel way more confident, it's going to reduce any kind of anxiety and also is going to help you reach proficiency at your job function quite sooner.

The second part of the plan is to accept that nobody, including yourself, is born knowing how to do a complex job. So take it easy, gather all the experience you can and, of course, don't be afraid of asking for help to your coworkers or your boss whenever you need it. It's always better to ask than blunder, and it is nothing you should be ashamed of.

I wish you the best of luck with this new stage of your life! You can do it Tomas!

Day 13 - Done. Today was a hard mother fucker! I wet a wet dream and that activated the chaser effect. And then I got really depressive and horny. And unconsciously I went to the top of the building that I live in, and I saw I woman with a dress putting on her panties (she wasn't naked). I knew that was I dangerous spot, but I just wasn't thinking about it.

I already had probably 10 small triggers and that big one. I don't know how long I'll last, but I'll do my very best.

I'll hit my goal of 14 days without losing my current progress!!

I don't want to be annoying but it's very easy to relapse when you're drunk, be careful.

    Day 1 check in

    Quick reminder to myself:
The key to success is to not procrastinate on the things I know I should be doing and instead just doing them.

    Day 0. bleh.

Had some softcore edging that led to porn that led to a "fuck it" mentality that led to 2 bad days. Ugh.

On my good days, this is easy. On my bad days, I just can't be bothered and I'll do anything to turn my brain off.

On the bright side, since keeping track I've got 59 days no PMO, and 7 days of PMO. That's an average of 8 days of no porn before a relapse. Not bad, and way better than before I started all of this.

Curious, anyone interested in doing an accountability partnership? I do appreciate having this forum, but having one person that I was directly accountable with and vice-versa is something I'm definitely curious to try out. If anyone is interested, message me directly. Cheers,
