Yet, everything was fine with my penis, it was all "in my mind". So I changed my diet habits, worked out like crazy, bought into this nofap theory and made it 9 months nofap. Nothing. What were my symptoms¿ Difficulty to get erections, Unability to get erections standing up. The moment I stood up it just wnet soft. The feeling there was no blood whatsoever running down my pennis.Developing PE.., i could not last a minute in be. Despair, feeling suicidal, losing one night stands, afraid to meet new girls, problems with my recent girlfriend, all very dark.. I know you feel me and that is why I am wring. Started taking medication for ED, 5 mg. Then everythign went absolutely fine. But I was dependant on a pill, I felt shit. I know I shouldnt but something inside my mind told me that if I had physically nothign wrong and up to that point I had had a normal sexual life, something else was happening. yet it was labeled as a mental problem. I knew it wasnt. Then I started reading in this site that Kegels was a good way of getting stronger erections.. Let me tell you something I am not gonna rule out that theory 100%, but I am reluctant to believe it at least for the majority of cases. And now, I am gonna give you what has worked for me wonders after five years experimentation and I am pretty sure that if it has worked for me it has to work for a great number of you guys out there. 1. Change your diet (I would say 20% of the results are due to this). Please, season all your foods with coriander. That helps blood flowing like crazy and once you get used to it in your meals, you are gonna love it. 2. Exercise (I would say 10% of the results due to this). But beware, dont overworkout, just regular 20 minute bodyweight exercises four times a week will do). 3. Most importantly. RELAX YOUR PELVIC FLOOR. To make sure you read this part well. If you cannot get an erection, 90% of the time is not PORN , it is not your mind , it is not fairy tales. It is your fucking body not working properly for some reason. And KEGELS which are recommended all over are gonna make your pelvic floor worse. YOU GOTTA DO THE OPOSSITE!!!. And if you dont believe me just follow my recommendations for 2 weeks, take it seriously. I do seem now like a porn actor. No joke, I get random erections all the time, i can jump ,stand up with the erection without worryng I will lose it, I can last one hour with my girlfriend. I mean, the effect was inmediate, in five days I passed from zero to almost 90% and started realising how unware i was of my tense pelvic floor. And yes, this advice might not do to anyone, but it has taken me 5 years of experimentation to figure out a tense pelvic floor was making blood flow almost impossible to my penis. I could have taken the information from this site or the internet or my doctor advice and just sit and wait and that would have given me 0 results. The takeaway is that you have to keep searching and trying. Do a trial and error, I am sure most of the cases are physical. In fact, I keep mastrubating to porn , and that raises my libido. Do yourself a favour and think.
