Any advise on breaking a binge.

Discussion in 'Porn Addiction' started by Deleted Account, Jan 13, 2022.

  1. My last record was 14 days, and I felt great. My life was great, but then I relapsed and now I can't break this binge. Its been 2 weeks. And im losing hope.

Don't lose hope. For about 9 month or so I had similiar trouble getting past 30 days, with several attempts ending at day 10 even. But I did it after all. So can you. This habit takes so much more than it gives

Try to not binge thats the worst thing. If you have to fap after a while, just do it once for starters.
Eventually days in between will get more numerous and you will have a little of that new willpower from nofap to fight through it all the way then.

Maybe give yourself a hall pass for the rest of the day but emotionally prepare yourself that starting tomorrow, you are quiting PMO forever, so take time today to delete accounts, files, passwords etc that you will no longer need.

Also, make a plan for tommorrow that will keep you busy and away for P and triggers.

  5. Great advice, I have been doing that exact thing. I boiled down where these urges come from, and It is when I am exhausted and tired, and my phone is near. I started to get rid of my phone when I sleep, but I guess I just gotta put it down far away most of the day.

A horny mind will justify anything.

I recommend not touching your penis at all and going cold turkey. I know from experience if you start touching and looking again you WILL start PMO habits again. It’s a slippery slope. Embrace the void and don’t be afraid of it.
