Anyone know how to get in contact with the admin?

Hi, about a month ago I thought about joining these weekly support groups that the nofap forum offers. I never received the confirmation emails that I was supposed to get, and therefore placed a ticket to get support for this. I did this again about a week later and never received anything still, no response. They're now trying to bill me for the next month and I've opened up another ticket request.
How do I get in contact with someone to remove my subscription from this, and get my money back?
