okay, so here i am again. been doing pretty well w/ my bf, but i just found out that he's been downloading an app called Orfox to use to watch what he needs to watch. he just lost his dad on Wednesday and went and downloaded the app to use. he texted me and said "i already know don't ride me for it i needed to get out of my fucking head had nothing to do with you. yeah i'm done....... pls just drop it."

do i let it go because of the circumstances? i had to go to work, he's home alone... he's supposed to go camping, but he's not getting picked up until i get home around 6 (if i'm lucky).

any advise? is there a way to block an app that's rated "E"? i tried going through the Google Play Store for parental controls, but the app is rated "E"... won't be blocked from download.

    Don't let it go.
They HAVE to learn how to handle life... Not being able to deal, is a excuse! It's bullshit, a compromise! If you let it go then you are allowing them to compromise for you too.
And... You don't need a blocking software, use Ever Accountable.. A accountability software.
He should hold himself accountable, not be blocked.
It's up to himself to have resolve, it's not up to you to stop him. It's up to him to stop himself.

Exactly what @Kenzi said. DO hold him accountable. DON'T let it go. I second Ever Accountable software.

  5. The circumstances are irrelevant. The behaviour is the problem. A PA trying to quit can't ever be allowed to think that there is ever a good reason to go back to Porn.

I am sorry for your b/f's loss, but he's just done the equivalent of beating up a woman because he suffered a heart attack - yes, a difficult, painful situation but a COMPLETELY wrong, inexcusable reaction which has hurt someone else.

It's when we're at our lowest ebb that we have to be held most accountable. Otherwise, someone with no restraint WILL cause all manner of pain and heartache for those closest to them, and make a bad situation much worse.

I'd like to throw in accountable2you is another option. Better, IMO. We tried both.
