Hello everyone, this is my first post on NoFap, not because I was unaware of it before, but because it's time that I need you guys. I started 2018 with firm resolution to quit porn and masturbation. I did good, I think. Never before I've been on a 15 day streak. But recently, the thing that bothers me the most is that I masturbate in my sleep and I'm sick of it. Before I go to sleep, random sexual thoughts cross my mind, and these are so vague and fleeting that I don't pay much heed to it. But here I am! Just woke up to find that I had masturbated in my sleep. It's not that I had a sexual dream and I masturbate to it. I don't even know why this keeps happening. One moment, I'm in deep sleep, and the next moment, I'm struggling to keep the semen off the bedsheet.
If you guys could suggest me some ways so that my mind keeps off sex during sleep, It'll be really helpful.

A while back I saw a post about people sleep-texting, so I guess it's all variations on sleepwalking where you do some kind of activity in your sleep. As far as masturbating I think this has been discussed before so would be interesting to hear other people who may have dealt with this, but in general I think looking at it as a sleep disorder may help. I don't think most people are likely to work on their sleep quality seriously, and even if they do they may feel like it is "not working" because there may not be immediate direct results - but just as it takes time with rebooting I think if people give decent sleep a chance they will see a difference. Just look at all the science around what it does to help your brain and what happens when people DON'T get enough sleep.

What I can tell you is even if the urges are stronger it is possible to be aware of your goal even during sleep, even if it's in the back of your mind.
