Could my PIED actually be something physical?

Let me first start by saying that I am a healthy 25 year old man, work out and eat right, I’m not over weight, I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs and don’t drink.

However, I have used ever since I started masturbating at age 11 or so. I masturbated a lot to porn growing up. Not always to hardcore porn, sometimes to Facebook pictures, bikini pictures, pretty faces, but I almost always had a visual aid.

Anyway, my first sexual encounter at 20 was a complete failure. I could not get hard for sex. This is when I learned about PIED. I didn’t believe it at first so I continued using porn for a long time. Mind you I almost never got random erections, or morning wood that I can remember in my adolescence because of how much I was masturbating, several times a day usually.

Fast forward to today, I have been clean from porn (and masturbation) for a few months now but have been able to have successful sex a couple times a week with my new girlfriend and things are great!

My question is this: I’m wondering if I actually have a physical issues causing erection problems. Yes I have seen amazing improvement since quitting but I still have my issues here and there, it takes some effort to get erect sometimes and if I don’t or she doesn’t touch it, it goes down rather quickly.

I’m still not able to do multiple rounds a day, or even have sexy every day because I won’t get hard enough for it unless I take a day or two inbetween. So it seems the the extra horniness is making me hard enough but should I just naturally get hard easily without much effort? Shouldn’t I be able to go twice a day if I wanted? I’m at the point where I don’t know what is normal for a guy who doesn’t have PIED

I’m currently worrying that I have venous leak because I have the same symptoms. And I’m also worrying that I possibly caused ED issues in my teen years when I used to practice jelqing briefly, on several occasions it made my penis very sore.

I know that none of you here can make diagnoses and are not doctors, but what do you think? Are venous leak or physical reasons highly unlikely? Because even though I’ve seen massive improvement, I still have issues and I’m starting to doubt PIED

Ok so you said you were jerking off to porn for a long time, right? Multiple times daily as a virgin, I'm guessing? And you just said that you have only had sex a couple of times with your new gf.. Here's what is going on here:

Because you always had visual aids while fapping you are used to being able to skip to another pic or video as you please. This is impossible when you are with just one girl. Your brain, even though you are into her and want to have sex, gets bored of the same girl, the same ass, the same pair of you know what's, and is waiting for you to kick this girl out of bed and bring in the fresh one with the darker skin and smaller... You get the idea!

You've done this to yourself over the years. Honestly though it doesn't sound like you are having too much trouble and this could quite easily be improved by changes to your diet or perhaps more cardio in you workouts. I have a little trick for improving both libido and erection quality but I'm kinda in the prototype stages at the min, I may share this with you once I report my results.

One more thing. Sex the first handful of times is never perfect, sometime fumbling around too much while changing positions etc can be enough to kill the mood and reduce your erection. Also I've found that if I start to get a bit soft inside her I'll put out and use my mouth/tongue for a while which usually makes them moan and that turns me on again.

    Hope this helps bro.

    Any improvement?

  5. If you are worried, see a urologist to rule out anything physical. I honestly doubt it's physical because you can get hard fine on other occasions, right? You might just need some more time to improve further but for a few months time I'd say you have made great progress!
