Today I will not use porn because keeping my hand out of my d*ck is the best thing I can do to become a better man.

I typed this after day 4 without PMO. I thought that was yesterday, but I just realized that I've gone a week without PMO without realizing it. And that got me thinking: there was a time, not long ago, where PMO was everywhere in my mind all the time. I usually didn't go more than 4 days without it, and certainly never went a day without thinking about it. 7 days, back then, was the struggle of a lifetime, pushing myself through frustrating agony. But all that pain and struggle got me to 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, then 44 days. And even now after quite a few relapses, this has shown me that the difficult fight against porn is worth it; I still feel the difference.

Anyways, today I will not use porn because it's about time to get back on track.

 

Today I will not use porn because it makes a good day terrible and makes a bad day worse.

 

Today I will not use porn because I'm going to be too busy enjoying my life.
