Detailed side effects of PMO

Notes:

• More depraved material = worse side effects (longer lasting and deeper effects)
  
• PMO to depraved material results in highly noticeable side effects lasting 3-5 days
  
• Fast PMO to depraved material will still result in long-lasting side effects (days)
  
• P Material that is discovered not to be as depraved as the mind perceives it to be initially will still result in the maximum side effects after MO
  
• PMO is typically an emotional response to rejection and/or a substitute for lack of intimacy with a real person
• P escalation occurs as PMO continues for long stretches of time (days/months/years)
  
• Frequent PMO can be measured as hyperthyroidism(?) through blood tests. High levels of thyroid horomone present due to repeatedly induced stress response?
  
• PMO to depraved material can be felt behind the eyes, sometimes feeling lasts for days.
• PMO to depraved material can induce teeth grinding (TMJ?) and restlessness at night. Hypnogogic jerk may also be related(?)
• PMO to depraved material causes dark rings to appear around eyes and enlarged muscles around temples from grinding teeth. Red eyes and eye bags also appear immediately after long sessions of PMO (hours)
  
• PMO to depraved material consistently reduces the ability to have (remember) dreams. Theory: restlessness never allows one to enter a REM state which prevents dreaming.
• PMO to depraved material will be visible to outsiders and gradually fades over several days depending on severity. This is immediately noticed by others in the eyes.
• Theory: PMO to depraved material is addictive because dopamine is released alongside adrenaline(?) Brain chemical cocktail is an enhanced orgasm. Similar to mixing more than one drug for a different high.
• When PMOing to depraved material, there will be an initial release of adrenaline which noticeably increases heartrate. Once adrenaline is released, the side effects will occur whether MO happens or not. (Effects may be lessened if MO is stopped).
• PMO withdrawl is at peak around 3 days of abstinence
• PMO to depraved material: emotional side effects begin with anger, progress to sadness, then to elation (over 3-5 days)
