Haven't done fasting other than not eating before 2pm and doing a keto-diet (very low carbs, only meat, eggs, cheese and greens basically), when I've done it, I wasn't having as much appetite at nighttime or in general, I felt that I was still full for longer periods. I'll give it another shot next week, buying the right groceries.
