    My story? well I am doing this for inner fulfillment, a self esteem boost as it were. I am 27 and I discovered nofap on google when searching on benefits for self abstinence. nothing amazing. just want to improve my mood and balance in my life. I don't want to be a slave to my primal urges if I can.
