HOCD making me confused as shit

Hi fairly new on here but meh ill get to the point. Ive been watching/using porn or whatever for a long ass time since i could cum and gone through some weird genres from time to time and mainly used straight porn (im straight btw) and recently got more and more into the trans end of the scale and it slowly became more and more appealing and it started to get to the point where it was basically just men in womens clothes, then phillip schofield came out and made me question - shit am i gay? Since then ive not been able to get it out of my mind. I also met a girl around the same time which is making things worse because it makes me question, do i really like her? Am i gay? Etc. All my life ive considered myself straight never found any men attractive or anything, had a few girlfriends etc.
How can i get out of this cycle, i feel that if i dont try something now itll just mount up and get worse and worse. Cheers for reading if you did
Just thought id add ive not been to see any specialists or anything, ive practically self diagnosed myself with hocd, not a clue if this is adding to the stress or anything but it sure does seem like it from what people are describing it like

 

Thanks a lot for that, do you think that the overuse of porn itself can cause you to be less attracted to women sexually all together or could this be part of the anxiety that this shit gives off because im finding that im sorta losing my sex drive in a way

Ive also read up on many sites that HOCD cant turn you gay it is just the continuous fear of becoming gay, which in my case was caused by this porn that made me realise im getting to the point where i need to stop

 

Gone first day in ages without tossin one off, not feelin much yet but hopefully itll get better

 

I now feel at this point like im not suffering from hocd and im just completely lost, not certain what is actually wrong anymore
