I want my hair back( need Fapstronaut pro tips)

    I am doing fap like everyday atleast average 4times a days and high record was 7times for approx 7 month. I am addicted to fap for 2 years and starting fap at mid 16, in my mid 17 (1 year later in fapping) my hair density is very low that people point out my hair and my friends taunted me because of hair and my parents get sad because of low hair density at this age, now i am 18 and doing nofap and 2 times nofap 40 days record, now more than 18 days, if i do nofap for like long days does my hair regrow and thick where it was, becomes i have thick hair and lot of hair during late 16 and early 17.

    I had all body hairfall issue what masturbating did to me was increased my body heat(pitta in ayurveda) all body parts of body started losing hairs so I am on NoFap like for 5 months+ relapsed 2 times but my hair problem is reduced and what I also did was started eating cold things and reduced intake of hot things , and took cold showers and foot bath in evening this help a lot

    1) Take NoFap very very very seriously!

    2) Quit Social Media and all soft of Soft Porn sh*t.

    3) Start Blocking P from your mind.

    4) Hang around here as much as you can!

    5) Believe in the process and let the time do the rest of the job!

    No, it won't regrow thick as it was.

    It will grow to be even thicker than before!

    I have pretty short hair, but what I found is that my hair became extremely fine and that I started to have slight patches on the side. However when I had the odd day where I felt cured, my hair would return to how it was.

    At the moment I am still recovering, and while has improved its still not perfect as I am yet to fully recover.

    no study proves the correlation between masturbation and hair loss.

    It isn't the masturbation that causes the hair loss, it is something else.
