if nightfall, semen retention benefits gone?

Hi all

I am currently on 40th day of no pmo hard mode streak. I had a nightfall and as soon as semen came out, I walk up but I swear I didn't have any control. Will it count as relapse and whether I will have to reset my counter? And whether all benefits due to semen retention will go away?
Please reply. I am too much angry at myself but I didn't have control also so I am comfused

 

Yeah thanks for the reply mate. I was seriously concerned aa whether all the changes I am noticing will remain or be gone. But I m noticing that I m still flatlining and having memory blackout (brain fog type like I know that I know but not able to remember). I was delivering presentation and forgot about a thing someone asked. Anyway in contrast to past I was very less nervous and carefree and I was like how I explain and audience was also laughing . I don't want to loose any of these changes I m getting.
