Im new here seeking help and advice

Hello.

I just started posting on this forum. I have another post where a talk about my big problem but here I want to talk to people about how to get past the withdrawal easier.

I’m off porn and masturbating for 17 days now and it is very hard. I have mood swings, I feel depressed, I can’t concentrate on anything.

How do you handle all of this??
