Thanks for this. Great reading and helped heaps. It is my first day, and so I'm reading and planning. I had already made a decision "Not so much tv. It leads to wanting to do it, to being alone" So I was determined (before reading this) "OK, I will only watch some anime... No harm there for sure". Well, reading this I realized... Actually (and this is crazy I know :-$), not true. Now that I think about, I find some of those female characters extremely sexy (for real :-$), and more often than not, they lead to me wanting to move onto seeing real women that look like them, which of course translate to me going online. So again, thanks for sharing this, helped me a lot to re-think my plan and add/remove some of the strategies I'm thinking about.

This was awesome DJ a great respect for you my days are going like hell because of feeling and lack of self control i m on day 12 everything is fine i m have a good life getting good opportunities but feeling like i m not living my life bro this is a trigger that bro i m on recovery my mind is getting rewired and thats why all frustration and everything is coming cool after reading this my many doubts got cleared i must focus on writing daily excercising ,eating healthy food and increasing self control wow i can do this
Amazing thread and pretty useful help. There is something else that you forgot to mention as a tip and that is: Take one day at a time. I mean don't see that I have to abstain for 90 days as that will lead you get weak, instead see from a prospective that I have 12hours to pass this day. I will have to survive today at any case. By this way you will manage to get evert single day. Thanks tc
