Introducing myself...

Hi guys,

This is hard for me to do as I am finally accepting my issue needs addressing. I plan to post my struggles and opinions once a week.

I'm very much a porn and masturbation addict, doing both even when I am not in the mood or wanting to. This has negatively affected my sex life and relationships in numerous ways and I feel I need to address this before I am too far gone.

Started watching porn and masturbating long before my teenage years, maybe 11? And discovered porn at 12. Any moment I would take the chance to masturbate and watch porn, whether it meant I didn't see friends or family.

Then as I got older and started having sex, as much as I loved it I always went back to porn. This was a contributing factor to many arguments between myself and previous partners and I'm now at the point where I find myself in today. Thinking about pornography and sex at every opportunity my mind is free.

So I am here today after may failed nofap attempts usin willpower alone to gain the help, guidance and assistance of the community to help me stay strong, positive and beat this addiction.
