Is that really healthy? And should I wash him?

Hello everyone! I want some experienced people to answer my questions.

First question: Is it really healthy? One of my doctors (sexuologist) told that she is not sure I should do no masturbate, because at the time (18yo) I produce testosterone levels for the rest of my entire life. So I stopped and returned to masturbation. Can someone give me any scientific research that proves that nofap is healthy at my age? It is very important for me, because I am not sure about that.

Second question: Should I wash glans of my penis? It is the part under a foreskin. I heard that neurologist once said that if you damage a skin on the head of the penis, immediately you should stop touching it for example for 1 month. Can someone also send me scientific research that it is or it is not true? Beacuse I also damaged skin of my penis but it was like 1 year ago, and I didn't stopped touching myself and washing there. Is it going to work now?

Also: I am aware of my lack of english language skills - and I am very sorry for everyone who is reading my posts.

  2. Upto you.. everybody has their own ideas and mainstream point of view says fapping prevents prostate cancer and is normal and healthy...
But myself, was totally messed up in life, fapping, doing all the "normal" things... since going more on a spiritual perspective incl nofap things got way better. I question a lot nowadays, cuz there is a lit of... conflicting opinions out there so to say
Washing i think everyone would agree on that that is positive 4 hygiene

For the first question, my answer is no. Masturbation is NOT healthy. It will damage your kidney, and damaged kidney leads to dozens of other problems (hair loss, weak bones, dull face, etc.) It also leads to premature ejaculation, neurasthenia, varicocele, prostatitis, etc. I'm not an expert, but I read books and many cases on this, and I found this to be true. Do NoFap dude, you don't wanna regret doing it late.
