I am 24 years old. I have slept with 12 girls or so. I have had problems getting it up or keeping it up with almost every single one with the exception of one. Only time I have been able to maintain an erection is if I took a pill before hand. 12 girls?!? Like come on, why can't I just have a normal sex life like a million other guys who all watch porn but don't experience any issues. I am angry more than depressed. Have been for awhile especially when I have had the opportunity so many times.

1st, sex should be with loving partners, not random sluts on the street.

2nd. try getting a girlfriend, if you want to.

3. dont watch porn

4. build new and better habits to gradually get your mind off of pmo

5. focus on improving yourself

6. be more social

7. never relapse

8. download porn blockers

Im in the same exact boat as you man, can only have sex with the help of ed drugs right now, but it used to be so bad the ed drugs did not work for me, but now they do to an extint so i gues that is progress
