Yes. .that too happens...don't think about any girl...even if it is girlfriend or wife...just think about god or career

 

Let me put it simply ;
1) excessive time on Internet. (It's almost everywhere, unless you're on YouTube Kids)
2) late night use of any devices <-- this was the main reason for me. It used to lead to PM like 90% sure.
3) Random girls in provoking gesture or dress.
