Whether it's an app, a web app, a site; I need something to help me keep track of my days and easily reset if need be. It has to be something a little more sleek than the NoFap day counters.

On a side note, is anyone else here somewhat of a skeptic when it comes to NoFap? Not trying to bash anyone, but I actually find it really difficult to follow through with something I can't prove will have benefits. Call it a weakness if you will - I admit it does interfere with me doing a lot of supposedly beneficial things.

Actually, I'll post a poll above. Preferably for those of you who have done NoFap for at least a couple weeks.

I use a spreadsheet. I find it very effective.

I'm perplexed that you say you can't prove it will have benefits. I don't have the link, but have you seen the voluminous accounts somewhere on this website of persons who have abstained and all the benefits they have gotten? I mean superhuman results. Add to that all the descriptions of the symptoms ppl have who are dealing with this addiction, which match the descriptions of the non fap addictions to the T. And then research/medical studies done on dopamine release. It's been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.

There is anecdotal evidence to support NoFap's claims. Yes, I've read many users' success stories and triumphs; however I personally just have to believe it's placebo. I'm not saying it is! I don't know enough about biology to be sure of that, but the fact that I haven't had any benefits from NoFap leads me to believe it's... mostly an expected response. Which gives the average person a sense of confidence, energy, and whatnot. Again, I'm completely open minded and not certain that I'm right about this. But the research just isn't there - it isn't sufficient or convincing enough to me.

Haha, I hope so. Don't get me wrong - I have nothing against NoFap or anyone who practices it. I'd actually be happy if it worked, since that'd hypothetically improve me in nearly every way.
