to keep it short You can check my whole nofap journey by visiting my journal or info tab on my profile page. I was quite a addict for past 5-6 yrs who did PMOed frequently in the initial yrs to gradually 3-6 timed daily the previous 2 yrs.

Started nofap in Nov 3, 2019. I lasted 28 days for first try and had some sever withdrawals like chest pains, headaches, abdominal pain, got all test done by doc , EKG, 2d echo, whole abdominal test etc and all came back totally normal and all of these withdrawals went away before I relapsed on 1 dec 2019. Had some of them occasionally again as I relapsed around 10-15 times in Whole Dec 2019 but made some 5-10 days streak and max 2 PMOs a day at few relapses but this was quite good achievement for a person like me who used to masturbate 6 times a day i.e 12 times in 2 days to achieve the fact that he PMOed only 10 times in whole month which he used to do in 2 days.

My last relapse was on 7th Jan and its' around 11 day today but from past 2 days I am not having any chest pain or headache or othr stuff but only abdominal pian in lower right region and near belly button.

It seems to me pain is not noticeable if I don't touch the region but if I put pressure on lower right abdominal region or near belly button it hurts a little and that worries me that I searched on google and this post worries me a lot ..

anybody please help as this post says that this could lead to appendicitis

    Anybody will please help

  3. Please, see a doctor. We're not medical professionals. Untreated appendicitis can be fatal, so see your doctor!

On the other hand, it might be stress-related. You've been doing NoFap in stages, and each time you relapse, you cause stress; each time you NoFap again, there's new stress as you restart the healing. Stress can cause all sorts of symptoms.

Make an absolute commitment to yourself to NoFap for a full 90 days. Push through the stress — in fact, welcome the stress, because it means that you are making progress.

If your doctor says that your pain is stress related (e.g. IBS), you should be all right. But it could be something else, so please follow your doctor's instructions.

@Jediproject3 thanks for your reply. Does this mean that it would disappear after a week of i take proper exercise and rest and one more thing good is that it didnt increased in intensity in my case it is the same it was yesterday.

I apply pressure near right of belly button it hurts a bit but it doesn't hurt if i don't. I also hope that it will subside in a week.

Stay in touch as i may need some more guidance.
