I know its helpful and brings a lot of information which can help you conquer this addiction. But for me internet is one of the main reasons why i relapse. I can control urges but a lot of relapses happen because I start to look for images ,video clips, commercials wit sexual content or just nudity.I installed K9 program about blocking sexual sites .But this didn't helped me.Its like I am trying to bypass all just to find.
So should I remove internet for 90 days??
If so,then what to do when I remove it any advice???

You could try using the internet only in circumstances when you really need it. For example, the library, at work, any public places should all be ok, because porn only has power on someone generally when it is hidden.

If you really have to use the internet any other time, try having someone else around. Don’t allow yourself to be locked away on your own, that is where the vulnerability starts.

Personally, I don't have a filter on my internet, simply because filters make me want to test the filter and try to get around it. Psychologically, it's like a fence, which you will go right up to and test the boundary of. If you don't have a fence, you tend to be more conservative in your behavior, as you don't feel as safe. For some people, filters work, and other people they don't. If you're always testing your filter, maybe you could try going without it.

    Good idea.
Also good thing to add is that I know some people will be against that but I think counting how many days you didn't used porn is bad.First you are gonna take relapse really heavy second you keep porn in you'r life. Its okay to live life knowing that you have some porn issues but when I start counting days I only think about PMO.Which reminds me to use it.The point is leave porn for ever commit to you'r new life ..Not counting days and reminding yourself that you have burden on you'r back.
