NO SURF CHALLENGE

Also dont go hard on yourself. I did that last Feb, gave up all my devices , obviously it worked for a month but then last month I had to use those devices it backfired. Stick to one single goal for a week. Without blockers I am unable to give the internet I need help

 

Update:
easiest challenge , just use filters and plan your day ahead.
I haven't used YouTube , reddit or any social media for like 3 weeks(?). I only use a few forums and check my mail , used WhatsApp to text friends and Spotify for music.
So much more time and easy way to long streaks.
