Day 2. Going through hell. Can’t believe I survived. Do you think I will finish the day 2 ok?
You can do it, Bro! I know it's hard, but we have more power in ourselves than our temptations lead us to believe. Keep up the good fight!
How many weeks are you?
I realized during my reboots that if you doubt your success than you will fail, you must always stay strong, be confidant in yourself, you will have times where you just dont give a damn, where you dont care if you relapse, during those times you need to get away, and think about your mentality, because from my experience, whenever i start considering relapsing... i always do.
What one man can do, so can you. There are hundreds of posters that have made it to day 90; you can too.
Are you having heavy withdrawal symptoms? If not, you are lucky and your hell is not has bad as it seems compared to the PAWS sufferers here. But if it's hell for you I would suggest you to keep going strong.
Could not agree more. The second that you start making excuses why it doesn’t matter that you relaps your mind starts to wander. At least I do al the time. And then the excitement is building and the pressure is getting higher. And you make excuses and start all over again. Keep the mind focused. Know why you’re here. No one comes here because it’s easy and we all know that doing it alone is almost impossible. So keep your focus man.
i completely agree, its hard but we have to keep are eyes on the prize, during those moments of not caring think about what it is you started this journey for, you might not care about those things in the moment but you have to always remember you DO want those things, pmo has simply clouded your judgement and you have to find a way out of the fog.
Somehow I saw a poem in BravelyKegger’s post. Any improvements you’d make on this?
Keep your eyes on the prize!
You’d better be wise!
You might want to fap,
But there lies the trap!
You might not care now,
But you’ll care with an “ow”!
Your judgment is clouded,
Your thinking is flawed!
You don’t seem to realize,
How far you have clawed!
My son, take thought,
Don’t journey for naught
You might see a fog,
But you’re past the bog!
We are taking a journey,
A journey of days,
You see a black gurney
But that is only a phase!
The fog will lift up and there you will see,
Your girlfriend, your future, and look - there’s me!
You won’t be abandoned, once reaching the end,
Cuz’ we’re in this with you; we’re all on the mend.
wow very impressive, i approve.
The third day. A vivid dream: I and two charming women are communicating. Then met with a mind boggling girl Colett. Strong(er) eye contact. What about academic success? Do you think retention helps?
Crawling after you. Thank you Action for your reply. Never thought I would survive the purgatory. Urges were like monsters around. For an experiment I decided to act like nothing was happening.
There’s a saying “it will get easier, but you have to keep it constant that’s the hardest part”
How’s your fighting going? Did you pick for a second?
that there’re hundreds is a discouraging part. i want to be the one and only who made it to the day 90)
I’m glad I did. It’s the day3. It is said that it gets easier, to keep it constant is the hardest part.
159 days , what are you doing there?
To say, no. And then the hardest part to keep it constant.
So what happened Krueger? Day 1?
Willpower what happened Day 0? Ain’t you gonna make it till 2020?
@willpower2020 Appreciate it.
It is far to easy to cave in. And for most guys here going from 3 times a day to zero is impossible. Just like most drugs it’s not even possible physical. The cravings are hard on your mind. I’m also on day 3 now and I also can’t stop thinking about it. Its a large part of your routine and that’s not something that you can change easy.
Just know that there are people trying like you are and that your not alone.
Thank you, now or never, for reflecting. I understand that someday it’ll be over: “made 90 days.” I’m not making it for the number. I want to develop a lifestyle of retention. The tougher are challenges the better are results.?
I remember myself without fap I was a promising dude.
Do you think you gonna relapse someday?
