PIED or Venous leak?

I am 18 years old and just started college. I have been able to get erections and have intercourse in the past, but this past year I have noticed it become increasingly hard to get erections around girls. I rarely get morning wood either or erections in the day. I only seem to get erections while watching porn, sitting down and with direct stimulation. If I stand up the erection normally goes away. Sometimes I get very hard with porn but normally not fully hard just slightly, like even with porn it’s difficult to get very hard. Even while around a girl I can only get slightly hard and need them to stimulate me for even this to occur. I have read about Venous leaks and this sounds very scary. Does this sound like a classic case of PIED or a Venous leak? All answers will be greatly appreciated

 

I am still learning about all of this, but what makes you sure this is PIED?

 

I understand that, but even with porn, the erections still are not very hard, don’t last long or go away when I stand up???
