Checking in for day 6. Been refreshing my journal thanks to some posters unearthing it. Hadn’t posted there since August so feels good to breath some life back into it.
Day 6 check in. Just had a great workout! I encourage anyone else to do the same especially if boredom or urges are kicking in. A great workout can completely turn your day around. Go out there and do something, gym, run, swim, play a sport, whatever.
Keep it up guys. It's worth it.
Day 5 and 6 checked. So close to lost my progress, I had curiosity and I visited some P pages but I reacted and closed the computer. Now I'm re-installing the porn blocker app again. Don't know why it doesn't worked this time.

I log in to hear that quite a few of you have relapsed already. And not once, but more than once. A binge, you binge once again? It's really dissapointing to hear that many of you that have joined this challenge have already given up your right as a man 6 DAYS INTO THE YEAR. 6 DAYS IN! You were almost a WEEK IN from abstaining from PMO, and you just decide to beat your meat and release whatever drip of pathetic manliness you have residing in you? For what? Over a quick relief? COME ON GUYS! Are you serious about making a change in 2019? How many times will you beat yourself up? How many times will you let your desires take over you? You are a MAN. BE ONE. Take up your power, reclaim your honour! Do whatever you have to do to stay away from PMO. If you catch yourself at the explore page of Instagram, leave it, and do something worthwhile. If you find yourself scrolling through
Spankbang, PornHub, Xvideos (my personal favourite), or XHamster
, TURN OFF YOUR DAMN PHONE/PC or do something that will allow you to get back to your usual self. Meditate, go outside, slap yourself silly, just don't relsease your inner man over a quick relief.
Beating your meat literally tells your body that you don't even want to be a man. You are destroying your body long term. Please, guys, don't end up like me. I have erectile dysfunction because of PMO. It has been ages since I have had a 100% full powered erection. All because I wasted my semen for big booty women, instagram thots, and women that wouldn't even give me the time of day. Be better than ME! Be better than YOU! If you're not serious about changing your life for the better, you shouldn't be here. Literally 6 days people. Come on! Be better. 2019 is a year of change. Will YOU change for the better?

Feeling better now, but I won't put my guard down. I'm aware that these first weeks are the hardest.

On day 6 now, 2019 is off to a good start. It always helps to keep the focus just on today. When I come back and engage in just the present moment, just the here and now, letting go of the past and the future, my life always goes better. Good luck everyone, keep going!...
I was about to post how it's good that the days seem to be passing quickly; then realised: that's not good, that is my life passing away!
