quality and quantity analysis (QA/QC)

I ended my 6 day streak just now by PMO felt my Brain responding to porn lil sensitivity compared to that what it used to be before my streak but I destroyed my 6%+ completed no pmo 90 days challenge but the quality and quantity of my semen was way better than what it used to be before my streak I'm sad that I wasted my streak but at the same time happy seeing quality and quantity of my semen it got thick and white in color now i got to know that nofap helps so I'll try it now with even more determination
