Dammit man...I had gone 14 days with no PM, 6 days of PMO with my wife helping with karezza, and I just fucking relapsed. I had 30 minutes before work and she left and I was home alone and really having intense urges and anxiety and just feeling like shit and I listened to the lie of "oh you can just watch one or two videos real quick, don't have to M," then 2 videos became like 6,7,8 and I was touching myself, and I even caught myself after like 10 minutes and got up and walked away, but then I came back and the O came before I could stop it and now I feel like shit.... Starting over....AGAIN... fuck, this sucks but I'm not giving up. The past two months have been hard but I have at least improved. I went like 21 days total in July without PMO, and up until now I had a perfect streak going in August. I want to make it to 90 days. I know I can do it.
