How important is good night sleep for staying PMO clean ?

    Checking in for day 56 ! :emoji_ballot_box_with_check: (Slept alright 7 hours, studied PMO, tried to reduce stress on rightfulness of my actions but wasn't quite successful in it.What would be the solution to stop rumination in the mind? I think introspection is a must at this stage.Deep one and on the spot and maybe even on paper.)
