How important is good night sleep for staying PMO clean ?

    Checking in day 65 ! :emoji_ballot_box_with_check: (slept 7 hours, studied rebooting, reduced stress by refusing getting into arguments with authorities,maybe because I was all shivering from being soaking wet after standing for an hour in the rain;I managed to put my yesterdays inspiration into practice although in the morning I was quite anxious/slightly afraid because I never done anything like that before but it seems that my decisiveness to take the action in spite of anything grows in proportion to the number of clean days :) I mean I can go in front of the public and speak my heart out!!!Amazing! )

    Checking in for Days 75-77 ! (Slept 7-8 hours,studied rebooting, and reduced stress by working out and fasting as well as completing some long due tasks)
    ..and as for the last two days 78-79 I had a lot of sex related dreams I guess it was due to my phone conversations over the last two days, but still slept for at least 7 hours,studied rebooting andtried to figure out the ways to reduce stress in my life to acceptable levels.

    Checking in day 80 !(slept 7 hours(10:50-6.05), studied rebooting and reduced stress by following with my decision and continuing to learn and develop myself whilst declining to chase a quick buck.)
