On my death bed, should not have regrets that i had not tried my best to overcome my deep rooted sexual cravings. Through right effort, right thoughts - i will strive to live today as better person

Yesterday, I had a slight sexual urge which I managed to get through;
I haven't been getting any sexual urges today, but my testicles have been feeling uncomfortable (it started this afternoon). It isn't painful, but has been distracting. Is this normal to experience this during the recovery? Is there anything I need to do about it?

I've relapsed into M today, gonna get right back up and try to get even further this time

I am gonna try Hard mode and will start with 7 days.
