Story time, You know how urges comes in out of nowhere, crawl from right under your bed and tries to do everything is your power so you fail. So next time i WANT YOU TO DO THIS. Imagine this is the pathway for the urges to crawl out of, and you are the guardian standing on the top. Urges will come in all sizes, shapes, thoughts. They are going to do everything in there power to drag you down to the hell you fought so hard to get out of. Do you want to get there? HELL NO!
