Day 10. Good to be back in double digits. I can definitely say I am doing better over the last 4 or 5 months consistently than I have since I first ever started this habit as a teenager. Certainly since I went to college and had consistent high speed internet. Had sex with my wife this morning which was good but my O was not great. I wouldn’t really care but we are trying to get pregnant again so I need those to get stronger. I wish my sensitivity would come back again but I think I need way longer streaks for that to occur and for my O to be where I want it. Not getting discouraged though cause I know it does come back over time in my experience. If I hadn’t been weak 10 days ago it probably would have already been back but oh well. As long as we keep trying to progress we will get there!
