Own our morning.
Elevate your life.

By waking up before everyone else
you feel the thrill of taking control of your life
& getting things done.
.
5 AM is not a requirement.
The point is to get up earlier
& improving your habits.

Spend time on valuable activities upon waking up.

* Modify the activity & duration to suit you *

Become the best version of yourself.
Define who you want to be & what you do.

* This is about finding what works for you *

A Healthy Sleep Cycle

Getting enough hours is essential for our mental & physical health.
Make sure you go to bed early.
Taking on a new habit takes time, so be patient & slowly build this new habit into your life.
Begin small by making one little change at a time, from there slowly build & wake up a little earlier each time.
--------
* Log your sleeping times / Track your No-PMO progress / Reflect on improving your habits *
The ranking system is based on sticking to yourpreferred "5 AM Club routine" / not your PMOstreak.

Day 2
Meditation, exercise, journal, learning
15-minute pockets in the morning
This is a great challenge @Lou Bloom and @Wolf-Mode. It builds good healthy morning habits. But i don't expect fireworks. Habits are one thing and taking bold actions and making the right decisions is another. I sometimes talk too much and do too little. That's the game my brain has been playing with me for years. It' s time to override the preinstalled software

Good work guys! @Lou Bloom & @Don80 :emoji_champagne_glass:

Day 9 (yesterday)

Went to bed at 2am - woke up at 8:30am. There was an issue at work so I came back home early. I drank coffee, but I didn't smoke any cigarettes! Mood was average (because of nicotine withdrawals).

Fixing my sleeping pattern.

I would like to join the challenge. However, I would personally want to consistently wake up at 6 am and then from there try to wake up earlier. I currently wake up at 7 am, sometimes a little earlier. But if I wake up at 6 am I may be able to have a morning routine that sets me up for the day.

Day 10 (today)

Went to bed at 11:30pm but couldn't fall asleep for a while, woke up at 6:45am. Work was good, no coffee but I did smoke cigarettes after work (I'll stop tomorrow). I'm sure to sleep early tonight because I'm tired.

I can feel I could easily PMO, but I'm not gonna jeopardise the good vibes I got going on.

Let's do this crew!

Ranking up to Harley Quinn :)

Day 3. Stretching, meditation, journaling and learning. No food after 6pm. I was so hungry but somehow now Im not. Hunger also comes as urges. And it doesnt only serve the purpose of survival. It messes up dopamine as well. I gotta stick to this streak and discipline.

Day 11

Went to bed at 10:30pm woke up at 6:30am, nice, getting there! Just a half-day at work today. I drank coffee & smoked cigarettes :emoji_x:. Apart from quitting coffee n cigs my next step is to start my stretching/home workout routine in the morning before work.

Felling good, energy/libido/mood is up.. but how long will this last? o_O We'll see.

Let's kill it crew!

Day 4
A bit lazy with my morning routines - but I've meditated for 20 minutes, did some journaling and I need to do some quick work out. During the challenge I try to stay away from the fridge after 5PM. :)
