    I tried my new approach to this Yesterday, which is three daily sessions of 15 minutes online on either phone or PC. I really enjoyed being liberated from constantly checking my phone!

    I haven't turned on my phone in months. I blocked Facebook, twitter, and instagram on my laptop. And I've never been healthier and happier.

    So I'm going to jump into this. Tomorrow being day 1. Extreme mode!

    0. PMO/P-Subs/edging.
    1. Movies/ T.V. series.
    2. YouTube.
    3. All social media.
    4. Carby/ sugary foods.
    5. Video games.
    7. Disturbing news media.
    8. sex chat with your gf.


    Although I will be using Youtube for studying purposes only as part of my course content is on there.

    Day completed. I've been doing healthy activities, like meditation, exercise, reading and studying on my days. It has been pretty good.

    Day 2/30.

    Nearly check insta yesterday but apart from that urge nothing. Sat and read Buddha for beginners as my evenings entertainment and I just felt so full of joy and inspiration. Life is good.

    Interesting how, during Dopamine Detox, I tend to oscillate between having too many things on my plate to do and feeling bored on moments of spare time. I guess this has to do with some tendency to only consider fulfilling activities that gives highs/spikes on dopamine. The challenge is to rewire this pattern towards low dopamine and healthy hobbies.

    I totally hear you on that, although I am already working through the list of jobs I had mounting for the last decade. Racked my entire garage out yesterday, was only going to do a bit but went mad and just smashed the whole thing from morning until night. Back on the reading trail so can only be good.
