My mom being patient with me today
My art teacher also being patient with me
This beautiful dresser I have in my room

 

I am grateful for fruit

I am grateful that I got to my exam with enough time

I am grateful that I laughed a little today

 

1. I am grateful for my real friends
2. I am grateful for my family.
3. I am grateful for the air that I breath.

 

I am grateful for
1. sunblock (sunburns suck)
2. learning from past (no one has it easy)
3. the food I am eating right now

 

I am grateful for being okay after my relapse it’s usually a struggle to get back up.
I am grateful for my life and all the people in it.
I am grateful finding happiness in the small things.

 

For being more aware of what harms me.

My sickness getting better.

Almost completely done with school. So freaking close.

 

I am grateful for my holidays
I am grateful for being able to work on my pmo addiction
I am grateful for learning to accept the things i can't change

 

I'm grateful for all the tricks I use to distract myself.
I'm grateful for learning better ways to deal with stress.
I'm grateful thank I can talk to people more freely and openly.

 

I am grateful for
1. coffee (I use to that to much)
2. hearing the birds sings this morning
3. simplifying my life

 

I'm thankful for the weather, my friends, my family and beings who love me.

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For the awesome day I am having!
2. For my nice gym session today.
3. For finishing various tasks today.
4. For my friend and for my mother and father!
5. For living an excellent life. I am happy with it!
6. For my nice PC
7. For my nice games!

 

I am grateful that I have done 2 exams and nothing seriously bad has happened to me (i.e. illness)

I am grateful for sitting next to someone and having a nice conversation with them

I am grateful for finding other substitutes for PMO urges (healthy ones, of course, like dancing!)

 

I’m grateful for fellow Fapstronauts.

I’m grateful for accepting that I’m doing my best.

I'm grateful that I registered on this forum and I'm willing to bring some light to fellow fapstronauts.
I'm grateful for feeling close to figuring out my diet, which makes me energized like no other thing.
I'm grateful for the wonderful day that provided me with both obstacles and joys, and that I found strength to embrace them.

 

I am grateful for people reading my journal
I am grateful for this community this has probably been the biggest tool for me in battling this addiction.
I am grateful for getting another interview at the company I want to work for.

 

I am grateful for going one week to France with my children
I am grateful for having shelter and food everyday
I am grateful for being able to cure my brain and body from pmo, i won't f**k up this chance, no way !

 

I am grateful for
1. Getting to workout last night
2. the new friends that I am making
3. being in a position to help others

 

I’m grateful for a friend. A great friend who has a unique perspective on life and thinks more than most people, like me.

Waking up with a goal and planning to stick to it.

Not having PIED.

 

I am very grateful for Nature and for this amazing training session today. It has been a blast!
