I had fapped on 29th And again I did it How disgusting I am feeling I can't even tell This is the phase of life which I don't want anyone to experience this But sadly most of them are suffering it. I want to complete Nofap challenge of 1 month Champs Let's do this NoFap and most productive month of this year ---- AUGUST
We need to believe strong Yes let's do it it's definitely worth it . My last streak was around 7 Days. Long ago I did it in 2020 for around 118 days or so and noticed almost some miraculous things which I never expected including great productivity and decreasing social anxiety and many things which seems impossible to me . hopefully I can regain that again I don't just hope , I rather want to fight it now as a warrior .

Day 12 checking in. The struggle is getting less and less. today i woke up and the urge was just a faint impulse before i pushed the shit away. I keep remembering that they are just fake virtual images and this is helping me tremendously to not go back.
