For me everything starts with the mind game. I’m very cautious to keep all of my thoughts in order. I found in the past that I thought I could entertain things in my head and just try not to PMO… but it doesn’t work like that. No watching a girls butt as she crosses the street, no thinking about what I’d like to do in my head…. The second a thought enters, I tell it no and move on to something else.

also note that I have been “trying” to stop for 13 years. I’ve really Only tried twice. Like actually put all of my effort in. That was the biggest realization for me. I never tried. I said I tried, but I know what I can accomplish when I put everything I have into something.

was up almost all night, couldn’t sleep because I was so horny. PMO was not an option, so I laid there. Tired today, but clean and healthy.
