As explained in the other challenge threads, I've relapsed, and will be back to counting days on Sunday. In the meantime, I'll have to hide my thoughts from the Porn Queen, until I regain my individuality and escape the Porn Collective.

I'd normally delete my account and start again months later, but I may as well take ownership of the situation, and go again. Face the shame, rather than hide, take the hit, and move on.

 

I would call this a reset. Relapse is going full in to the old habits. We have all had resets and learned from them. I would encourage you to use this to build your defenses for the next temptation and just keep moving forward.

Reset is probably a better term, as I haven't gone into full blown meltdown. Nevertheless, I've chucked away the primary suspect of it, and will push forward.

I’ll be at 250 in just a few hours. As a owner of all the Star Trek movies, I think I will celebrate by watching one tonight.
