    Checking in Saiyan's!

    4 Days Free of PMO.

Got a prescription for Vertigo for the next few days, will keep to staying outside as much as I can and off screens. I will meditate a lot too.

Some knowledge i'd like to share from headspace app.

Obsession is just an extreme form of attachment, where we have at some stage it was nothing more than a thought. That thought developed into a story. The story became very compelling, we bought into that story. We played it over in our mind. We developed it, we cultivated it it became something bigger. We might not of done it intentionally, it just kind of happened somehow. Probably because we weren't that conscious and aware at the time. It then developed further, it became this thing that occupies our entire mind. All of our energy, all of our attention. So much so that it becomes this obsession, we can't imagine being free of it.

We can unwind it and move on. By sitting regularly. The thought does not define you. Sit and observe it as a cloud passing by, do not judge it for coming up and do not engage with it (as that would only strengthen the story) With time and practice we get to put it down.

Yes, I've been gone since about end of March. We will climb this one!

  3. 227 days semen retention
    Day 6 water fast

    Ending the fast.
I ate bone marrow, liver, cheese and pineapple. I've eating already 2 meals in less than 2hrs and as soon my body feels ready I'll keep eating more and more.

I'm eating small portions to avoid refeeding syndrome which is a metabolic syndrome that can happen to malnurish people when they start eating healthy again and people after a fast. Introducing too much food too soon specially carbohydrates can cause insulin peaks that create hypopotasemia, hypomagnesemia and hypophossphatemia. All this electrolitic abnormalities can create hearth, renal, pulmonar and neurological problems, even death if not handle carefully.

Had a couple days of self reflection and things are becoming much clearer now. I fell off the wagon, and I'm not happy about that, but this newfound perspective and clarity might make it easier to focus on habit building. I haven't given up! Day 0 begins now

Practicing the physio exercises for my ear has proven to be a challenge, it induces dizziness. This is rather unpleasant, but we must carry on. It's a test of will I suppose.

I've been spending the last few days doing Wim Hof breathing as well as meditating. This has been nice. I can't workout just yet, but I'm still stretching. Hopefully tomorrow I'll hit a nice workout.

    Stay strong!

    Checking in Saiyan's!

    6 Days Free of PMO.

Day by day the vertigo/dizziness is very slowly starting to wear off. I dread practicing the physio for my ear as I am purposely inducing dizziness, but it does seem to be working.

Slightly stronger urges this morning, more so to edge and fantasize versus watching porn. I will not give in to it though.

I'm going to workout today, I'm hopeful that it will be a good one.

Habits that I've been keeping to so far is:

    - Wim Hof Breathing as I wake up.
    - Morning stretch (about 10 mins) to wake the body.
    - A very limited amount of cardio with the stairs in my house to get the blood flowing for the day.
    - 10 mins of exposure outside right after breakfast, natural day light is important. Regardless of the weather.
    - Meditation
    - Daily Journaling. A habit that I dropped at the end of March until I returned here. A habit that was consistent for 502 days.

    Stay strong!

    Hello Saiyans,

It has been months of binging and not controlling my actions. So, I decided to put lower goals for now. I changed my counter to just no porn and have the compromise not to watch porn for 90 days.

This put me out of this challenge, so please, @Kingfisher, remove me from the list. I'll be back, I promise.

    Stay strong
