Slept oke. Woke up a bit sad / demotivated but calm in my mind. I think being single during Christmas and feeling ashamed about it to my family and hearing news from friends and friends from friends they're all in relationships and getting children, while little old me is still single and struggling with a stupid porn addiction :( (I'm 37). I really do my best to keep going: meditate, eat healthy food, go to the gym, go out dancing, take enough me-time (no screens), keep a journal and write down my thoughts. Had a little voice in my head: "Let's go see if there is this really good and sexy escort you could visit". But no urge to actually do it. I immediately force myself to think about how I feel during the search (stressed, anxious, out of control) and after (regret, headache, disgusted, ashamed, sad, etc.). That helps... a little bit.

Maybe it's the low(ered) dopamine due to the complete abstinente of sex-related stimuli and limited other dopamine driven activities (a bit of YouTube that's it). Grinding through and hopefully will continue living a more hopeful and fulfilling life...

it's ok bro, not everyone have the same journey in life,

you maybe 37 but you're struggling and that's the more important : you are a men
a men struggle even if he fail he continue struggling
a sub-men / beta would abandonned a long time ago

a men who struggle but lose is better than a men who success without struggling in anything
remember that and don't compare yourself to others.. having women and kids in those days is becoming useless anyway, 50 % of the marriage end in divorce. you don't miss anything tho

For the first time, I reach the state of super Saiyan. I am super happy to have reached that far. These last few days, I have had some red flags that I must take care of before beginning my journey and being home alone again.

Well, the half of the journey. Be strong!!!

Thanks for the support. I know all these things and I know I need to live a self to self comparison lifestyle. I have many many good things going for and I have acchieved a lot of things in life that I can be proud of:

    - Graduating Cum Laude from my university
    - Having a 4 day highly paying job at one of the biggest companies in my country and I really enjoy my job with a lot of responsibilty and respect from my colleagues
    - Invested in real estate and generating income from that
    - Going to the gym 4 times a week for over 20 years
    - Acchieved strength feats I would've never thought I would be able to do, and never used steriods to do this
    - Teaching strength classes at my local gym to inspire / help people
    - Participated in +30 strength competitions and won some I also never thought I would've been able to
    - Be in a physical shape that I still can't believe I was able to reach and keep it
    - Go to salsa classes every week for over 4 years straight and actually got good at and enjoy it immensely
    - Created more awareness and dropped all dopamine driving, empty stimuli like gaming or watching tv for hours on end and of course my greatest acchievement which is still ongoing: quit using porn for good
    - Added mediation in my daily routine, started reading (a lot) more books, working on improving myself every day, etc.
    - Educated myself about nutrition, health, meditation, relationships, social skills and being able to successfully apply it in my life

I wrote down this list not to brag but more to remind myself that I should be proud and happy with who I am and what I've done and what I am going to do with my life. I hope I can inspire you all to do the same.

    Day 28
    Mood 7/10 & Energy 7/10

Slept a bit better and feeling emotionally a bit better. I think the holiday blues are residing a bit more luckily. Today is a milestone: it's been exactly 4 weeks since I've watched porn / escort sites. Compared to the first 10 days after relapse I now feel much much better in general: no nagging, lingering headache, a lot more motivation to "do stuff", being able sleep longer and actually feel refreshed when waking up. And most importantly: my selfrespect is rising every day and I really feel I am getting closer and closer to a meaningful, fulfilling life with myself and a woman that respects and loves me and that I can be an inspiration and source of happiness to.

    Day 29
    Mood 7/10 & Energy 7/10

I caught a small cold: had a slightly sore throat yesterday morning which got a bit worse during the day and was quite annoying when I went to bed last night. However somehow I got a pretty good night sleep and feel already getting better. I know for sure this is due to my improved healthy lifestyle. Normally I would be sneezing with a stuffy nose for a couple of days up to a week, but now since I started this next level of healthy living about 1,5 years ago: I completely removed all processed foods from my diet. I now only feel a little under the weather for 1-2 days and then I'm as good as recovered. If I don't count this as being sick, then I have not been sick for over 3 years!!

    Back to the challenge:
Feeling quite good, reasonable low urges but a light frustration: Somehow this voice is coming back in my head trying to find ways to maybe visit an escort by just going to a brothel and contemplating if this can be done without actually relapsing. Of course I know that will just replace one empty addiction with another super unhealthy one: low threshold but empty meaningless sex that eats away at my self resepect.
My goal is to have sex with an actual woman who wants to have sex with me for me, for who I am. I know this means it will take months before that will actually happen: I need to find a woman in real life (gave up Internet dating), talk to her, make her laugh, get her phone number, setup dates to do fun things and slowly grow into a relationship which takes months. Then I will able to have real sex... I accept this long, high effort, hardworking journey because I know this is the only way I can actually acchieve real, fulfilling and healthy sex with a real partner that is an added value to my mental health and happiness in life instead of eating away.

Thus far my rant... have nice day everyone!
